A short about cars, kitchens, and the future! Stars Thelma Tadlock, who went on to star in the similar "A Touch Of Magic." Quite possibly the world's greatest film. (1956)

I actually knew Miss Tadlock. She prefered to be called and remembered as Tad Tadlock. I love that she is remembered here.
You knew her? That is so cool! I have a crush on her and I've actually tried to find other films with her in them. I've been thinking of posting some clips of her dancing in Your Hit Parade.
Tad Tadlock was sure a little hottie in her day, wasn't she?
And what a wonderful bit of kitsch this film is, too!
Tad Tadlock rules!
This song is so catchy. Especially the beginnning.
Oh. Mah. Gawd. It's the NuWave oven!!!!
In the not too distant future, somewhere in deep 13.
I'll take that kinda profit!
This actually reminds me a lot of the covers of the early Roxy Music albums; I could see Bryan Ferry as the top-hat guy.
Funny how profit margin always seems to get in the way of nice dreams
Tad...you're rad!
such fun - really enjoyed this
Yes, she died only a few of years ago. She was dancing to the end. One of her last jobs was assisting Tommy Tune as she often would. She is well known in the dance community. Marc Breaux is the guy in the film. He assisted choreographed his wfe Dee Dee Wood on films like The Sound of Music & Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. He is still living.
